The Brown Cow Café was inspired by our Jersey cow, Blossom.  We almost named it Blossom’s Café but since ice cream, not flowers, was going to be our featured product, we went with The Brown Cow Café. 

The Brown Cow Café on Ekonk Hill opened in April 2006, offering premium ice cream, fresh from the farm.  It was an immediate hit with customers, many claiming it to be the best ice cream they’ve ever had!  Blossom enjoyed all the attention from the 16,000 visitors she had in the first year!

We have been adding items to the menu since we opened the Café.  We plan to continue to build on the Brown Cow Café as a relaxing country place where you can enjoy good food with friends all year long.

• Banana Split – Your choice of three scoops of ice cream, choice of three toppings, banana, whipped cream & walnuts.  More ice cream than most can eat alone!
• Very Berry Pie Sundae – Slice of berry pie, topped with three scoops of your choice of berry ice cream, then strawberries, raspberries & whipped cream.
• Apple Pie Sundae – Slice of apple pie topped with vanilla ice cream, caramel topping & whipped cream.

Milk Shakes & Floats

• We can make a milk shake with any flavor ice cream
• The maple shake is made with real local maple syrup!
• Brown Cow Float – Root beer float with vanilla ice cream.
